Decent Offerwall

Hi BHW,
I'm currently developing an android app and I would like to use an offer wall in it. (Blackhat kinda app)
But one problem is that I don't know which ones to use.. I'd rather use those who are easy to get accepted to but anything I've found is shit because it requires an application.

Would like to get some suggestions, thanks.

You try OG? OGads have decent mobile offer wall. Has system to reward users. Can also build email list after rewarding. You could go blackhat and not reward. Check OGads terms so you don't get banned. If you give them real rewards they may keep filling out offers every couple days. Depending on reward you can convince them to fill out multiple surveys/app installs.

They have only USA phone offers sadly..
Im looking for 2nd tier country offers.
