That's why I don't fear updates now. My content is awesome, backlinks are good, so everything will work out in the end.Google just shake the results and that's it! They keep this charade just to scare the hell out of you. Keep your BH strategy and you'll be fine
Not sure about core vitals as a ranking factor, when you check big sites like new york times, they are full of scripts and they have insanely bad core vitals and scores. It will be hard for them to fix it. Maybe it will affect small sites only.20 - 30% traffic drop (will need a few days to evaluate). But definitely some SERPs drops visible across the board.
WH site, big auction domain, 0 link building done, site age 8 - 9 months. No keyword stuffing.
Site had a few "Google ehmagerd core vitals errors" in GSC, which I have fixed yesterday. Only thing that comes to mind. They did bitch that their core vitals will be a factor in 2020, so who knows.
Normal. Not much effect seen. Going to concentrate on content rather than the update.
Not odd; google has been hunting SEOs for years, what is the big news here?similar to lots of you, it appears the people who actually have worked hard on their sites have been hit with 30% traffic loss, and the sites that haven't been touched have gone up, very odd.
I beg to differ... looks like about 80% of sites hit were white hat with barely any links.WH with no link building are doing much better
