I've found a few threads on other forums discussing a pretty major update on December 5th.

I personally lost a LOT of rankings for dozens of keywords; Not even in top 100 anymore and where solid on page 2-3 just a week or so ago.

Anyone else notice any movement, positive or negative?

Post up! (And if you know of any GOOD services that can recover my rankings, let me know)

I have seen quite positive movement for many of my target keywords from that particular day. I have been sticking to diversified backlinks and dripped them as well.

Serp updates are frequent that you do not have to open up a thread about every single one of them, actually none at all. You build backlinks, G takes its time to evaluate all the properties then it updates its index. If there was an algorithm update that'd be worth mentioning with a source, otherwise people are just wasting their time.

Yup. An update seems to have happened, but like junkfood00 said, happens all the time :) We can't keep reacting to every single refresh. Just continue doing what you set out to do!
