Exactly, with the amount of customers they have, I think it's about time for an upgrade of some sort.

they let it clog up so you'll pay to be a 'vip', meaning you'll be bidding against others for the first captcha filled/
they think they are smart for this because theyre raising their rates to those of their competitors by creating a bidding system, but its actually obvious and a bad business move
basically theyre saying pay us 2$ for 1k captchas, but we might not fill them out until a hour later cause you haven't bid up others. So its not actually 2$ a captcha anymore. They could easily solve this 'overload' problem with a better server lol everything worked fine until they implemented their bidding system
try deathbycaptcha they charge 1.75 per 1k and i dont think they have a bidding system

Problem is you cannot even reach their website, api, nada.. times out on a traceroute.. its more like they are getting a DDOS or something.
