decaptcher contact info

I signed up for this service and funded it for $10 bucks and its going on a day for them to credit me in my account. I already received the approved payment email from their payment processor partner. I have contacted decaptcher and have received no response.

I am not sweating the ten bucks but I trying to see if its worth having someone code for this service or a another similar one. However, my question is can someone tell me if there is another way to contact them other then the email address at the bottom of the site. Can anyone tell me if processing a payment on their site takes this long and is it typical? Any assistance will be greatly appreciative.

may be they are on holiday. wait for this week , look like there support is little weak , but sure they will response , i am using them from last few month , and there service are nice and supported by many application.
