Decaptcher.com accepting new customers?

I finally got an email saying my account is ready, but can not login.

How do I contact support??

Sounds like my luck. Drop $750 on software, and they suddenly decide to change everything.
 
I have been using decatpcher for a while and I never really know what Im paying. Im not sure if I came in thru an affiliate and am paying to much.
what price are you folks paying?

when i ask them they are so vague
 
Has everything gotten sorted out for you guys ? I'd like to know before i make another deposit
 
Now I can login and stuff, but never able to connect via software and get the captchas done! :-(
 
SnaiPear, You couldnt connect . I guess that due to API change . most of the software build with previous API url wont work .
 
The software CAN connect, there was an update issued after the API change. It sometimes works, sometimes not. Hm, most of the times not!
I guess they're still upgrading their servers :-/

I've just been testing their own .exe that they offer, and it's been working fine.

I wish they could have given us some advance notice, however.

I added funds to my decaptcher acocunt last night and they still don't show up! Anyone having similar problems?
 
I prefer use imagedecoder.com. Some time it is down, but it is absolutely free .
 
I am having problems with new account this week.

they need to get more people to assist customers. :(
 
I set up an account with Decaptcher a few months ago. Someone recently hacked & fleeced the credits from my account (bizarrely not realising it left a full audit trail showing which account they transferred the credits to.....clearly not a BlackHatter).
Decaptcher were very quick to respond to their support requests to me so they are monitoring support at the moment.

Rofl why would you need it ?
You need to download the captcha then upload it to their site and then copy the captcha.. When you can just enter the captcha yourself it'll take 50% less time AND hassle
 
i'm also interested. just signed up and the email said it would that a few minutes. That was 4 hours ago
