Debit Card Without SSN

Are there any prepaid debit cards that I can send funds to that do not need a SSN to verify/open an account? All the one's I can find require some sort of valid identification. I'm looking for more of a stealth account.

Nothing whatsoever in the USA.

It's part of the Patriot act. Banks are required to gather and verify this information.

True, but there're a few shady ones that only require you to fax them a ssn/drivers license. Plus OP didn't specify that it had to be US.

I'm gonna give you just 1 hint: EUROPE! Seriously, no need to provide any SSN or tax ID bullshit number, plus europian PP accounts are not limited/banned at the rate that the US ones are.
 
Unless I am missing something, you can do this easily. Go to Wal-Mart, get a green dot card, and you can load it from a green dot money pak. They are sold everywhere actually, and its quite simple.
 
I actually already have a payoneer card! I needed to send in documents to verify it though. The bancore site does not support the US, so i'll have to see if I can get a hold of a UK number some how. Also, the cooperacard site did not load for me :/

Under social, you can put anything you want and IT WILL go through. Been using them for YEARS on paypal stealth accounts.

These people will even send cards under the same name with different SSNs (off by 1) to the same address.

They use 2 banks, the 1st is meta bank (Boo!)

The 2nd is Bancorp bank (Yeah!)

The bancorp card routing and checking account numbers are even accepted at PAYDAY LOANS online :cool:

Edit: The downfall is their $9.95 a month fee and their $2.95 ATM fees but if you're blackhatting hard, these will work for ya!
 
i just bought a european vcc with no docs, 5 dollars on seo clerks, but the guy chearge me 13.00 to put 10.00 sollars on. i dont care, i just want something that works.

Yes, etc, all true, BUT there are miscellaneous problems if you are getting the card for stealth PP purposes. If you try to load it or a stealth PP via Moneypak, Greendot will at some point also ask for the SSN info, and may halt the process if the number is a faux one.

If you try to use an alternate address while applying, AccountNow may ask further "verifying questions" about the information, which may also halt a successful completion of the online application.

So while it's good in general for creating new cards with functioning bank accounts, these limitations may prevent completing a stealth account in many key respects.

Yet I have 5 stealth accounts that have been running since 2007 & 2008. I agree that it all depends on your usage and level of skill.
