Deathbycaptcha Support Problem

Hy.

Yesterday, after a few hours from my last order in deathbycaptcha I get my account "temporally suspended". This is the message when I try to login. But I didn't receive any emails or notification about that.

The worst part is that the message displayed say that I should contact the support and guess what? I did contact the support almost 20h ago and no feedback until now, not even a confirmation that they receive my email... Nothing... I even tried to use the online support and after 3 h of waiting for an operator I close the chat... and this happen during their work hours.

So my question is if you have any suggestion on how can I reach them and solve this or if some of you have also experience this.

It have been passed almost 3 days since I got this problem and numerous emails send and still no answer.

Did any of you got this problem and if yes how things solved for you?

I'm thinking to create a new account on the same email address did any of you done this, they allow it?

I wouldn't create another account. Maybe find the official support topic here? Send a few more emails, PM gr33nhat and post in the thread.

I am so glad that you have been supported by them,.

8 days since I paid, and I havent recived neither my captchas nor any answer, horrible support I can say.......

Try to contact Gr33nHat.

And maybe the problem is on the payment proccessing and in this case you should contact Avangate
