My issue is that 5000 credits were taken from my account (?), when only using 250-300.. and now I bought 10K and it's not showing in my account?

hey gr33nhat, is there a problem with the service/site at present? the site is loading extremely slow (if at all) and the captcha solving service is not working...
edit: working again!
edit2: nope.. not working, seems to be erratic and the api is freezing threads with no response, is there an eta for when it will be back to normal service?

The service is running normally fine Today = )
You can test the service performance by:
1. Login to our website.
2. Go to ''My Account.
2. Click on Previous Submissions and there you'll see the CAPTCHAs you're sending and the response we're giving back to you (and the time we're taking to solve your CAPTCHAs as well).

hey gr33nhat, thats the problem, the site is loading extremely slow tonight (almost unuseable) and when i can get in to it, there has been no captchas solved for a couple of hours nor any credits used, the api is returning an error even when only checking the balance...?
edit: seems to be all good again, might have just been some hissy fit in the connections somewhere.. thanks for quick response

If you are real DBC users, my sincere apologies for the inconveniences you've faced with the service. Please, PM your credentials. If you can't, then please e-mail me (help at deathbycaptcha dot eu, subject ''*your-username* from BHW'') and I'll help you guys sort your issues out and compensate you if needed.
Now, if you are not real DBC users and won't ever reply to this message, then the ''smear campaign'' it's starting to look a little bit too obvious.
