This issue happed much with me,
Some times I change the browsere, but this method stop working
Now I enter the site via VPS then it works great,
I believe it is not down, as I can see it working with any valid checker
Also the service is working well solving captchas for submission

I had the same problem this morning when i wanted to ad some credits, seems to be fine now...
