DeathByCaptcha customer service

    I have been trying to contact someone from DeathByCaptcha customer service for the past 2 days and I haven't gotten any replies. I'm having problems integrating their API with MyAdTools Live Account Creator and I need help resolving it ASAP but no one is replying my emails. My clients are waiting for me to deliver accounts and thanks to their eager customer service they have to wait. DeathByCaptcha used to be very good but now I regret using them. I'm seriously thinking of never using them again and switching to someone else.
    Is anyone else having problems with them?

    I got my account banned 7 days ago and I emailed them about it, they removed the ban the same day, however they replied to my email after 4 days saying "We have removed your ban". I think they read emails, but they either don't have time to answer or just don't want to answer them. I sent them another email a month ago to learn if they give discount for bulk purchases but didn't receive a response. Bad customer service.

    It is clear that they are working hard for this new night shift compensation (which will probably make them lose most of their customers), and also they are almost overloaded all the time. Something is happening to DBC, when I first started to use them they were perfect but unfortunately they have lost their old quality.

    It's really annoying. Funny enough, they replied right after I posted this. Coincidence?!

    for unknown reasons I can't even buy credits because order fail all the time.. lol

    They dont read emails. Just PM the guy here or post it on the thread. That's the fastest way i think

    We're gradually increasing our capacity (overload times have been decreasing) but this process takes time and thus you may still encounter some short sporadic overloads during certain hours of the day.

    The service is working fine at the moment, with overall solve times of 11's and alike.

    @hardcorebiker
    Our support addresses all the messages they get (normally within 24 business hours... 72 business hours on exceptional occasions).

    If you send an e-mail and don't receive a reply within a timely manner, I'd suggest you to double-check on the address you're using to contact us.

    I'd also suggest to always contact us using the .eu domain.
