Deathbycaptcha com confusion . Can someone explain?

Ok, i'm sure this is a very simple question for those with experience. (i've never ordered captchas before...)

During the registration process I'm asked to upload my captcha(s). Huh???

I'm not clear why , as I do not have any captchas to upload in the first place.
2ndly, am I expected to upload an image from each site I will need decaptcha service on?

p.s. the guy from must be sleeping now..

You just need to make a username and password, buy credits, then you use the API to upload your captcha requests. You don't have to upload anything using any form.
