I am using JitBit Macro Recorder to automate all kind of windows/browser tasks and sometimes I run into a RecaptchaV2 which I can't solve without a captcha service.
JitBitMacro Recorder is able to run C# scripts and DeathByCaptcha has C# examples on its page
so it shouldn't be too difficult to make this work if you know what you're doing
