Thanks for answering, that is what I have done 3 times before writing here....
So for my it is the same last time 10 minutes no more, it took to be accepted.
Dont know what to do, I have been charged but I have nothing, even a simple answer by their part.

I paid with paypal, I think it is because they are checking, but they dont even answer
Its time to be more patient or to speak to paypal to claim the money.

Same for me, I ordered 25K captchas last week, contacted them several times but no answer and no captcha balance.
