I appreciate your feedback.

As for its content, recently (the service is currently working fine) Death By Captcha has faced some sporadic overload difficulties due to several festivities in our worker's home countries.

We could have settled up a bidding system and charge a bit more to grant priority to higher paying users, but we believe that we must ensure a quality service to all of our customers; even when operating under limited capacity.

We don't bill you for wrongly decoded images, so if your software was marking incorrect results in a timely manner, at the end of the day you'll end up paying for correct answers only.

Regarding your particular case with SENuke software, if you're willing to give us another try, please PM me your DBC username; I'll add some credits to your account to test so I can keep an eye on your submissions and help you trouble-shoot if needed.

Thanks, I really appreciate th e personal touch here. No need for extra credit though. I'll give DBC another try when i finish some campaigns I have set up already. If all goes well I'll stay =)
