I myself call good online people as "friends / bro" though I doesn't really mean it ...... Like USA people call it "DUDE" most of them prefer saying "Friend" or something which makes them feel comfortable and it is a matter of choice..

We see US teens going fcking around everywhere whereas people in other countries hardly do all those of stuffs at such a tender age.. itz a matter of preference which suits them :D

It doesn't really matter to me. Friend, boss, guy, dude, whatever. I'm ok with all of it. I do NOT like it when someone calls me "mate" though. That makes me feel uneasy.
 
For me almost everytime someone calls me friends, he wants something from me and he is my friend when i give him something, when i don`t give him something I can`t count on him. I only have a few friends that i know since i was born and they are always there for me. But now I know how to act with this so called friends lol, life is tricky but I know how to fuck it when it has to be fucked lol
