I am really curios as to whether the internet was down over the past week or so in Cebu, Philippines?

Me and some dude are in a JV and he came up with an excuse that the internet is down in Cebu - which is why I am asking.

You can never depend on the Internet in the Philippines 100%. You need to know that we suffer from Brown Outs also. No electricity! And, when you do get the Internet it is slow. Worst Internet in Asia!
