Nostalgia intensifies

Lots of lessons learned from shows i watched as a kid. This one teached me to stay away from candy dispensers because they are disgusting as fuck!

Man the fuck up, infant. When I made this thread, I meant people born in the 1990's BC. I helped build Stonehenge you light blue named piece of sheeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.

...

It's been a long day.
And the winner of the age competition is... Sherbert Hoover! May he bestow his ancient wisdom upon all of us!

When you think about it, you are already 1/3,5 through your life if we take that average age expectancy is 81 if you live in the UK.

Fuck this, ageing sucks, I am 21 and I feel like I have done nothing in my life, truth is, I haven't. And since I'm in Croatia, life expectancy is around 31 since this is 3rd world shit country. We just got Netflix now for fucks sake.

Some nostalgia for gamers, if you don't rememeber at least a few of these - you weren't a 90s gamer:

Retirement age will be 80 by the time we get there and we will be fucked over.

I'd put money on it.

This made my day.

1990 here, also halfway to fifty.

I'm too newbie to post a link to YouTube "Round The Twist Theme Intro" :(

Bunch of fannies, I was fighting the war on terror while you were still shitting in your pants.

Your tamawhatsits? I had a pet brick and my favourite toy was a stick.

Gaming was outside, day care was outside, sky was outside. In the house was shite,

Walked to school, came home dumped the bag and straight outside.

The biggest realisation for me that I was another generation, was briefing the boys up to head out on another fighting patrol and a young platoon commander came to me. (It was his first ever patrol) he was looking a bit gaunt. He said 'eh Rob, I've got a problem, my gps is not working, is yours?'

My response was one of shock. ' a gp fecking whit?'

'A gps if it's not working, how will I know where I am? How do you do it?'

I replied 'a map and compass'

He looked confused 'what? You know how to use one of those!!!'

Oh my life, jees, I've navigated round the world and back again and never got lost, but the world stopped because he dropped his wee black box!!

Today must be 3rd world country day for Netflix. We just got it today apparently too.
We too in Hungary.

I can't really get the hype around it, it was leading news yesterday on the biggest domestic news site. I always torrented my movies (netflix shyte too lol) - ok not always, there was dc++ before - and i'll continue torrenting them until there will be torrents, netflix can go and take a hike.

I was quite disappointed with the programming selection on Netflix actually. Too bad I accidentally (don't ask) purchased a month's subscription today. May as well make the most of it.

You've been missing out on Netflix this whole time?

Damn.

Watch House of Cards if it's available. And Bloodline.

F#cking kids, don't know they are born these days!

They've given us quite the crappy selection though so I'd say we're still missing out. Searching for House of Cards brings up a whole bunch of titles related to House of Cards, but not actually House of Cards. Bloodline is there though, thankfully. Cheers for the recommendations.

Don't forget to watch "Lazy Town" on netflix and chill with ur gf.

You know, 90s here as well, and what I want to see is our generation getting closer to 50-60 years old. I bet this is where the world will get in trouble :D
