Hi guys,

My eCommerce store sells high end products that usually retail for $800 to $6000, and as such we have a super detailed FAQ that explains our selling process, financing options, etc..

This FAQ is posted on every single product page.

I'm guessing that Google is penalizing me for this. Is the best way of dealing with this just to use No Index tags?

Thanks!

How about put your FAQ on one page and link to it from each page?
You think its adding value to your readers posting same content on every page? Probably not.

Add value in other ways on each individual product page - like taylored (And not generic) info about that particular product / product variation.

Have a nice bold link to FAQ so that you are still making it very easy / very accessible for the visitor.

I'm pretty sure you don't get penalized for internal duplicate content as long as it isn't malicious or spam. If you are trying to rank with that content, then you are probably shooting yourself in the foot.

Consider moving that content to a FAQ page and internally link to it.
