Just a few mins if you have enough willpower. You just have to understand the fact that the fault is not with you but her. It happens all across the world for several guys like you every single minute.
You can choose to cry over it and waste all your precious time or man up and do something productively so you can find a much better women sooner.
It's all in your mind.
This kinda happened to me a few years (she was screwing someone behind my back and left me for him) ago about 18-19 years ago I went to the club he was at and broke his arm, nose and leg. I was due to marry her and everything! I felt AMAZINGbut I also got some legal issues with it... So I would not recommend that!!!
Some "time" passed and I ended up hitting the gym and business hard. I put all my spare time in the gym I felt and looked 100x times better, I made a success of the business met someone new, got married, had 2 kids could not be any happier.
Wait so you were strong enough to break someones leg, so you went to the gym to get stronger? Are you now Hulk?
Hello, I was in a passionate relationship with a woman who left me for another man. I understand that things will take time to change but as of now, I cannot stop thinking about her. Do you have any experience of having such a loss? How long would it take me to get over it?
This is the thing that happens to lots of people all around the world everyday. Some cheat and leave while some are forced to leave by circumstances. I been through same thing for almost 2 years and still haven't managed to get out of it. No matter what I focus on what I achieve still it hunts. But you have to keep on trying and accept the facts and move on.
