Dealing with different localisation

Hi,

I was wondering how do you manage marketing things to UK people as well as American people when it comes to the affiliate products? Do you have some kind of "UK", "US", "AUS" that they can decide to click on, do you switch based on their IP, how does that work?
Surely a british guy won't order something from amazon.com since he'll have to pay a good 25$ shipping fee.
Also do you need to be affiliated with every regions?

For Amazon you need to register with the regions you want to work with then use a link localiser.

Azon have their own One Link, but there are other plugins that work well too.

So amazon does provide this link localiser?
