I've started getting more and more "Copyright image" scam emails (for Creative Commons or licensed images) and I'm curious how other people deal with them?

One of the previous scammers sent the email from a MailChimp alternative, so I was able to contact their abuse department to get them banned, and I'm in the process of talking to the abuse department of their domain registrar.

I could just ignore them but I'd like to do what I can to make their lives difficult so they don't catch anyone who doesn't realise it is a scam out.

ask then for information for example about their bank account to pay them.. then make your threat

Don't reply them
I haven't replied to any of them, though I do wonder whether they first send in a "Guest Post Request" to find out what the websites email address is, as it isn't made available anywhere else.

Why? Bro time is priceless don't reply do your work. You have to focus on your work without doing any type of spying. But bro keep in mind for longrun use only free stock images.

Value your time

What is the scam? Can you copy and paste one of their emails they send you here?
