Dealing with competitors

I need some resources to deal with Google Listing competitors who have copied my content and now rank higher. How can I deal with their Google Index?

Seeking solutions such as bots to get their AdSense ban, poor reviews, etc.

you can file a DMCA complaint with Google. That'll make them take down the copycat websites from their search results. If that doesn't work, you can talk to those website owners directly and tell them to either take down your stuff or at least give you some credit for it.

So these have been tried. I'm dealing with a criminal. How can I pretty much ruin their AdSense account and their listing using grey/black hat?
