Dealing with Always Checking Online Business

Does anybody else feel like they are always checking their affiliate interfaces or phone network hits throughout the day to see how much they made? I feel like I go through times where I don't check too often, but others when I'm like a rat at a food dispenser just coming back 1,000 times. It's irritating because if it happens to be a down day I get pissed and that just makes me check it more.

Anyone else do this?
