Dealing With a Competitor

Hello there, I'm looking to hire someone to deal with a competitor, it doesn't matter the method. This competitor of mine are a couple of ex employees that worked for us for 1 and a half year, then a couple of months ago decided to copy our business model and compete with us in the same industry and in the same location. This is a local business heavily depending on google ads, since then they hired someone that kept overloading our websites' servers, click frauding and reporting our ads to google. We made new websites and it seems they are no longer able to attack them but they keep click fruading and reporting our google ads, as soon as we raise our budget, fake clicks starts raining. They currently have wordpress websites and the converting action for google ads are phone calls. I don't care if you take their websites down, spam call their phone numbers, or spam click their ads, I want to deal with them somehow.
Since There are various methods to deal with this I'll put an initial budget of 500$ for the project that can be adjusted depending on the methods you are willing and able to use. I'm a full stack developer myself so we can eventually discuss the best methods tu use together, I simply do not have time to deal with this personally as of the moment.
