I have a dormant couple twitter accounts from past company pages.
They no longer are needed from the companies for SMM, can I still use them and their followers and create something new?

yeap you can join team in setting trends in twitter.There your useless accounts can be used and can be worth of something good.

Sure. I don't see why not.

The followers might not be useful, but you can still do whatever you want with your account.
