Dead Proxies?

    What happens to a proxy when it dies because it's overused and spammed to death?
    Do they go to proxy heaven or does it gets somehow cleaned and reborn??

    Just wondering ...

    It's owner shuts down the computer and is afraid of the Internet bill :D

    Those poor proxies have been put under so much overtime and pressure, they deserve to go to heaven! lol
