Dead Facebook pages get life again

Hi friends i need advice here .I have two facebook pages of about 80k fans in each.I schedule the related posts to my facbook page niche, i also schedule the asking questions post on my page all the 24 hours but the reach to the post are very low.I drive the traffic to my blog and i only got 200 to 300 views on my blog from these pages.I have blog on blogger.any one help me how can i increase engagemnt at my pages and got a lot of traffic to my blog from these pages.

I have no idea what are u scheduling to facebook.If you schedule to posts on Facebook itself,than that is the very first thing you should stop doing.FB will know exactly how much are u going to post and will lower your reach!
Don't over post.
If you see that some posts are not getting likes/shares in 30 minutes max,than remove that post and post something else instead.
Always leave at least 2 hrs in between post/more preferred 3-4 hrs/ so the new post is not going to push down the reach of the previous post.
