it could be that i haven't finished the verification step @ nov 17 with the code which i got via mail
Today , 16 days + 4h later, the site says after the login "Follow the next steps within 17 days so we can try to get you back into your account before it's disabled.
the next button is not clickable

•pw reset via the mobile number: no sms
•pwreset via account name or mail does not exist
