Hi guys,
I have the following problem: One of my accounts was deactivated around two weeks ago because of violating Instagrams terms (3 posts were deleted by instagram because they were reported (copyright issues)). Instead of DM for giving credit (I always give credit, on these 3 videos I wasn't able to find the original account, so I put something like "unknow, please DM" in the caption), they reported those posts.
Now I've contacted them and they wanted a pic of me while holding a sheet of paper with a code they sent me, my name and the name of the account. Sent it, a couple of days later they replied with something like:
"Hello, it seems that your account has been deactivated because of violating out terms. Our terms are the following:
..."
And that was it, no more details, nothing. No answers to my questions for finding out the reason, no answer to my question if there's a way to get it reactivated again. Been over a week now. Sent them other reports but no answer yet.
What do you guys think, am I able to get it back? Did someone experience the same thing?
I'm losing hope in this case.
