    Here is the problem:

    All main keywords for home page went from page 1 to nowhere. Didn't got any penalty message in webmaster tools. Although i still rank for some inner page keywords. If i search my site with: site:domain.com, it appears. m i de-ranked, de-indexed or something else?

    Any thoughts/suggestions?

    thanks

    Maybe it's a Google dance.

    Try searching site:yoursite.com to know whether it is de-indexed.
    As no message is there at GWT, may be a Dance.

    it was dancing before, from position 2 to 6. now its nowhere. The strange thing is that when i search with the main keyword i m on a 156 position but for a inner page, not for the home page.

    @srinu0812
    as i said, my site appears with site:domain.com

    SERPs are highly volatile right now. You really have to make sure you have 500 words of unique content on your pages (I've done case studies to prove this), don't over optimize your anchors, and don't create links in bursts. Create them slowly but consistently.
