De-Indexing Question

Use the URL removal tool in the search console https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en and additionally add a noindex tag (noindex, follow) to all pages to ensure they won't be re-indexed after 90 days (or simply delete the site from your host after successful removal). If you don't use a SC account for this website so far, creating one and verifying the site is a matter of 5 minutes.
Don't try to block Google via robots.txt or .htaccess, this would stop crawling, but doesn't removes already indexed pages. Common misconception.

Thank you for the suggestion. I did in fact block the crawlers. Will definitely take your advise. Thanks!

Go ino webmaster tools and remove the root url. This will remove all the pages of your site from index.

Configure the webmaster tools Google and use the tools remove URL in it.

Just sign up on Google webmaster tools and submit the URL you want to de-index. Google will remove it soon.

That's completely false.
Add a line in your robots.txt file:
Disallow: /
It'll deindex all the pages next time Google crawls your site.

once you remove your Robots.txt automatically your site ill be de-indexed
