De-index Google indexed sites

Hi everyone. If I want to de-index my site from Google search, how long after I add robots.txt with

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

will it actually de-index and NOT be shown in Google search?

Before you ask, I had some affiliate CPA links indexed and don't want my affiliate account manager to see them!

depends on in which range google bot visits your site

resubmit your sitemap in webmaster tool...

They're actually cloaking sites that I didn't want Google to see in the first place, so they've not been listed with Webmaster tools. My own stupid fault for forgetting robots.txt.....

If you don't have many pages to remove, use the URL removal tool in Webmaster Tools. That normally works within one day.

yeah, GWT is best tool to deindex your pages quickly
