Any recommendations for a good registrar that offers domain privacy for german, french, and UK domains (having lots of other international domains is a plus as well)?

I always use internetbs, they also provide .fr and .co.uk domains but no .de as far as I can see. You only have to provide an emailadres, no info.

I think for .de you need to have a residence in Germany.

you dont need a residence for .de but they dont allow whois protection

Why do you want .de/.fr domains ? They don't rank well.

You can have whois protect for there domains too?

I thought it was only for generic domain.

.uk does not allow privacy as far as I know. So in order to achieve privacy you have to use your creativity while supplying information.

internetbs.net can not register you with an email alone, it requires you to have an account first and takes you payment data. Icann would not allow them to register without a full set of data.
