DDos attack

ours is a small website, we dont sell anything but we are suffering what I am told are heavy DDos attacks.

basically no one can get on the site as it is overloaded. the server company is trying their best but i wondered if anyone here know how to trace these damn things and delte them. I would love to know who it is that is doing it
