I need a host that will battle DMCA requests to the heavens/ignore them.

I'll be hosting copyrighted content. (web site pluggins, images, themes etc)

Does can anyone suggest a good company to go with?

I've been using knownsrv for a couple of years. Absolutely no dramas with them and it's the cheapest VPS I could find. I used to host heaps of copyrighted stuff on it and they just marked the emails/requests as spam.

If your goal is to skate DMCA complaints then you need to host in a country which doesnt care. Your best bet is a VPS server in Panama. If you are looking to co-locate try CalPop in los angeles. They are such a cluster F they dont really respond to anything let alone DMCA complaints. The risk with that is your Server is in the states so if you are doing something shady you are exposed to a lot of liablity.

The most viable solution in my opinion would be some sort of offshore hosting. I'm currently using Sevinio for my blackhat bullshit and they don't give two fucks about DMCA as far as I know.

I'm not that sure about that.. Only the title of their server looks shady "Germany Server (DMCA IGNORED)".. Where in Germany you'll be fined for freaking amounts of money if you download torrents and such. So it looks suspicious at the least to me, but I have no experience with them..

You will need to look at some offshore hosting which will be OK with DMCA

DCMA frendly are offshore hostings and better be something reliable. I sign up with xrumerhosting I wasn't sure from the beginning If I did the right choice but it's good so far. I had a multiple needs and I was very picky because of that, anyway the service is great.
