So just got a list of local day care providers in the biggest county in my city!! Some have websites, some have good websites, some have google plus pages and are quite active. Still have to sort thru the list. I did see a david cisneros plr pack that might work but i was wondering if any body had experience doing online and offline marketing with schools and day cares? What are some good ideas?

Seems to me this would be a good niche because people are always having children!

    Thanks

Never had any experience marketing day cares myself, but heres a few things I thought up:

SEO - The first obvious one, rank them for some local terms related to day care, and child care centers.

Social Media - Run some Ads related to the niche, for either their website or to get more facebook fans. I know you can customize ads, so do something like "Like if you love your child!" - most people share stupid photos on facebook that are like that, because they'd feel bad if they didnt. So thats a nice clickbait to get a better CTR on your ads. Also post shit that would encourage sharing, and commenting. Like photos of the kids and a caption saying what they wanna be when they grow up, etc. Some stuff that HONY does.

Host Some Events - You can have the day care host a little party, or some shit at a playground. Have the parents bring food and shit, and invite their friends as well. Make it a competition too. Whichever kid that brings the most people gets a gold star or some shit, and a big goody bad. Most parents would do anything for their kids, so you can already have them working for you to advertise the day care. Print out flyers as well, and hand them out to each new person you see that isnt already signed up with their kid. Talk about the place a bit, etc.

Clubs and Groups - There's a site called meetup.com, use that to find as many relevant groups and meetings related to moms, kids, babies, etc. Join them, become known, and start talking about the day care place. Maybe hand out flyers as well. Shit, get to the know the head hancho of the group and maybe ask if you can host some meetings to talk about child education and the important of it, then recommend the day care as an "early start" on the education of their kids. Look up "[your city] moms" and see if there's any clubs or groups for mothers in the area looking to commute and become friends. There's a few in my area.

Supermarkets - Make some flyers, go to local stores and place them in people shopping carts all sneaky like. Lol just kidding. Go up to random moms in the kids sections, and ask them if they know of any good daycares, let them know you're considering this place and show them a random flyer. Ask about the kind of things you should look out for when finding a daycare and let them know the daycare you're working with, has them. Just let them know you're helping to promote the place and just hand them out to random women I guess :p

Recent News - Find all the facebook pages of LOCAL news services. Go on google and type "site:[facebook page here] day care news" and look for recent news about day cares. Leave a comment that would naturally make top comment, or if need be, buy likes so your comment is at the top. People love to read comments and if they see your page, compassionate conern, and intelligent comments, they may just check out your page and do business with you.

Just some random ideas. Of course, you'd need to plan out shit more better than what I typed lol. But ALWAYS make sure the reputation of the day care/business is GOOD, last thing you'd want is people looking up the name and seeing negative shit, or no reviews. That'll undo all the work you've done, in an instant.

    Hope this helped :)

EDIT: Here's another one. Referrals. Let the already signed up moms know that for each new person they bring in, they'll get a discounted month in charges for thier own kid.

I would recommend the use of social media such as Instagram and twitter.
Those are powerful tools which can help your business known widely in an instance

Local Social media marketing would work better , Try to reach with ads or pages that are targeting locally ( you can do it using Facebook ad ) and do some brand building.
