davisp scammed me,Guys be careful doing business with davisp.

Hello my BHW members,

I was looking to by Malaysian paypal account last week and http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/325933-davisp.html contacted me through skype.And he promised to give Malaysian account within 24 hours as well as I paid half payment for that.($30) and I sent transaction ID via BHW PM adn he confirmed it.I did it for my safety,

After 24 hours I contacted him and he said that it was not approved and wait few hours.But after that conversation I didn't see him in skype yet.i sent BHW PM and he didn't reply me yet.I think he's gonna play with me.i don't care about $30 but you guys be carfull with this scammer.
