I have a dozen or so email accounts, have never been on a dating site as I am married, but they spam those email accounts.

And you need a landing page that will sell as well, not just a link to a CPA offer, because you want to presell the offer before sending them to the network.

It's a little more work, but if you are going to get out of bed in the morning and work, you should.

Maybe instead of focusing only on convincing people directly, you could test different landing pages or ad angles to see what builds more trust. Have you tried warming up the traffic with content or soft offers before sending them straight to the signup?
