This sounds daunting since affiliates are hard to find. You're right. Paid conversions are not so good.

Now, on a serious note, I don't know of any affiliate networks that will pay you actual money for sending them fake free signups and allowing you to be completely anonymous except for your paypal address.... If you find that company, be sure to let me know so that I can help them make me rich too!

I promote Chaturbate religiously. They pay $1 per FREE SIGN UP. And your signups don't even need to input their email address or anything. Just a username, password, and a birthday. That's it. Of course you can only do this once per unique IP address tho.
They don't do paypal tho. They do Payoneer and Paxum I believe. They can also hit you with a check in the mail or wire transfer.
