i know how to create page on datastudio but i'dont know how to rank this page on google

Just create a new report by going to https://datastudio.google.com/ and share it to make it public like google drive files. You can add text, images, links or import data from various sources.

Search for site:lookerstudio.google.com and find some of the urls in spammier niches. If you check the backlinks of these urls (usually the variant with '/s/' in the path) you'll mostly see junk blog comments and guestbooks there. So I'd say GSA backlinks will probably work.
