Datafeeds and Wordpress

Anyone know how to use datafeeds in wordpress? Basically im using the feed to pull rows into my wordpress page, these will show different rows of tariff information but i cant get the darn thing up in wordpress, again if my understanding or use of datafeeds are wrong please correct me. But can anyone point me somewhere to get this feed working???? It gives me an option of downloading in xml or csv, somehow need to upload and then get that to pull the information.
