Datacenter spoffed to Residential Proxy?

hi, I have another question, do you think it is possbile to use Proxies DataCenters, therefore very fast compared to a resident, but present them to the site as a resident isp?

I found this provider, which pings 100ms with all countries in the world, so if you do a speed test with a us proxy the speed is 100ms, if you do it with a proxy de the speed is always 100ms etc.

using oxylabs for example, is there a way to use my server as a gateway by letting oxylabs ip out on the ports I want?

or can I create my own pool with dele backconnect that through my gateway will go out with a port of my choice?
