The issue isn't just detection but IP reputation. Most datacenter IPs on major providers get burned by other users running aggressive automation.
Since you're doing warming (scrolling with video content), you'll burn through bandwidth fast. Residential would be safer but cost prohibitive at that scale.
Middle ground: static ISP proxies. Better reputation than datacenter, way cheaper than residential. Mix of both if budget allows: residential for your most valuable accounts, ISP for the rest.
Test small batches first: if you're getting frequent captchas or phone verification requests, the IPs are already flagged
