Database search

Hello, Im thinking about building out a reverse license plate lookup site. I have searched google to death on various terms but just seem to pull up more reverse licens plate lookup sites

Any one point me in the direction of a database I can tie into to retrieve the information ?

I think I have search every possible angle looking for the DB hook

The problem with this is that even if you happen to find an open mySQL database, you probably won't be able to make a remote connection to it as there are safe guards against this, sorry.

The best thing to do is screen scrap from the other sites using cURL & PHP. If u need help with this, let me know!
