I have a few sales reps that work for me that answer calls off my lead generation sites. The growth has gotten to the point where I need to hire a lot more sales reps and currently we're using Zoho creator. The only problem is I need to create a new user roles where everybody can only see their own leads and steal others leads. I was planning on hiring a custom coder to build this for me but I was wondering if you guys knew of any CRM out there that lets me store all my customer info, e-mails the new lead automatically, and allows separation of leads between users?

SugarCRM is pretty kickass, it can be complicated if you need to custom tailor it, but I was able to do it, and I'm not a great programmer yet(student). As a bonus it's FREE.

Personally, I would definitely go custom. Always build your software / infrastructure around your business model, not the other way around.

Do you have any suggestions on where to find a programmer to create the custom CRM?

I ended up building the CRM myself 4 years ago. It's based on Asp.net MVC. If you want to find someone you can try going to upwork.
