Database conversion

I have an MDB database that I need converting to SQLite. Slightly more complex than just a straight conversion as some of the data needs to be shifted around a bit, but still pretty simple.

In the current database there are approximately 1 million rows, split across 40 tables. I need all this data added as a single table to an existing SQLite database containing all this data in the one table, with the original table name as a new column. I will of course provide both the MDB & SQLite databases to work with.
