Data Processing Dedicated Server (3+ GB)

Currently I have a server with the following specs:



However, I'm having problems processing anything over 2-3 GB, and GScraper just freezes.



Any suggestions for a dedicated server? I can spend up to $200 month on one, and what specs should I look for?

looking at the image the RAM might be the problem..

if you can afford to buy a server with 64 GBs of RAM that will be enough for your project I've seen some hosting like this one offers
