[Data Processing and Law] I need help

Hello!

I would like build email list from USA/Australia/Canada/Great Britain users. The question is: What should I do to make it 100% legal. In my country the law is very hard to take emails and after that send them emails with my offers. And how looks it in these 4 country?

Could somebody show me English spoken site, that take emails?

I am afraid that I will make something wrong and court will give me financial fine.

If you're worried about legality, your answer is pretty simple. Check out the email communication laws in your own country, and have a basic understanding of the big one (CAN-SPAM) which applies to the US and people marketing to Americans.

Yes there are laws for spam in the US. But not that you will receive a fine for a few mails.
