Data/Information collection

I need some data/information/content collecting.

I don't want to go into too much detail until people have offered there services. Basically a new website I am making has a map based search system, with points on a map. Im requiring to get location co-ordinates, title, and short description for a range of places that are already in the public domain (to my knowledge) and I am looking for advice on the best way of obtaining/collecting this information to then upload into our website database.

If anyone specializes in this, it would be good to hear from you and discuss the options. I am NOT looking for information on HOW to do this so I can carry out the work myself, I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable on this and has the time to carry out the work as well.

I made a lot of similar tools (scrapers) over the past years so I have a lot of experience.
The data could be exported into XML or into SQL or whatever you prefer and then imported on your site.
